Basic Courses

	Fixed-Wing	Helicopter
PPL	Dual: 25 hrs Solo: 15 hrs Total: 40 hrs	Dual: 35 hrs Solo: 15 hrs Total: 50 hrs
(Includes general flying, circuit work, low flying & navigation)

CPL	Total: 200 hrs	Total: 200 hrs
(Includes PPL, night rating and instrument rating)

	Fixed-Wing	Helicopter
Instructors	Patter (air): 20 hrs Ground lectures: 20 hrs Air-briefing: 20 hrs	Patter (air): 20 hrs Ground lectures: 20 hrs Air-briefing: 20 hrs
(NOTE: Could be worked in as part of CPL)

Multi-Rating	Minimum required hours for both fixed-wing and helicopter: 6 hrs NOTE: Can be worked in as part of CPL. Then more twin hours are required (recommended 12 to 20), as CPL flight test will be calculated on multi-engine aircraft. A fully comprehensive test could consist of the following: a) General flying b) Instrument flying c) Night flying d) Air briefing and patter
