Examinations

SACAA Online PPL Examination CentreExams will be written on-line at Westline (we are an accredited examination centre for PPL). The exams will be written in the examination room under surveillance of a remote invigilator and strict exam protocol will be followed. Exams are time restricted. Normal calculators and Sporti’s (navigation computer) are allowed. Students must pass the school mock exams before they can attempt CAA exams. Students must be declared exam fit by their instructors before they attempt a sitting. Note that this is also the case with CPL examinations.

Please note that the exam centre is under constant close circuit TV surveillance (CCTV), two cameras recording each station. Recorded information is kept for 24 months. The student will be properly briefed and will sign an agreement to the rules and regulations of on-line testing prior to each exam sitting. Cheating in an exam is a criminal offence.

The student must complete the examinations within 24 months.

  • Flight Planning

  • Radio Telephony (Restricted Licence)
  • A vast amount of PPL, CPL and ATPL questions covering all subject matter.
